The range

Every Demeyere collection, explained

Demeyere sorts its range into families by layer count: three layers for starters, five for enthusiasts, seven for obsessives. Here is what each line is, and who it is for.

Demeyere Atlantis 7 cookware

01

The flagship

Atlantis 7

7-ply

Demeyere Atlantis cookware is seven layers clad to the rim, a mirror Silvinox finish and the copper-cored InductoSeal base on saucepans. Designed in 2002 with Belgian designer Koen De Winter, and still the line everything else is measured against. The conical saucier alone justifies the reputation.

02

The restaurant standard

Industry 5

5-ply

Five layers with a brushed exterior that hides the wear of daily service. The same welded handles and flat TriplInduc base as Atlantis, at roughly 60% of the price. A NanoTouch variant adds a textured frying surface for cooking with less fat.

03

The frying specialist

Proline 7

7-ply

A line built for one job: frying. The Demeyere stainless steel skillet runs seven layers tuned for searing and browning, in 9, 11 and 12.5-inch sizes. The 12.5-inch Proline holds a 4.8-star average across more than 180 reviews on Zwilling’s US store.

The line cook’s aluminum

Alu Pro 5

Aluminum

Demeyere Alu Pro 5 is feather-light aluminum with a ceramic non-stick coating, made in Italy. It is the Demeyere nonstick pan line cooks reach for behind the pass, where a 12-hour shift makes weight matter more than polish.

The rest of the family

Older, rarer or region-specific lines still carry the same Belgian build. You will mostly find them in European shops.

Silver 7

Demeyere Silver 7 is seven layers in a more understated finish. Atlantis performance for cooks who prefer their cookware quiet.

John Pawson 7

Demeyere John Pawson 7 is the minimalist designer collaboration from 2007. Pure geometry, seven layers, and handles you will either love or photograph.

Apollo 7

Demeyere Apollo 7 is the classic 7-ply line, sold mainly in Europe. Its conical sauteuse has a cult following among sauce people.

Multiline 7

Demeyere Multiline 7 is straight-sided 7-ply cookware with the sealed rim and flat base the 7-collection is known for.

Resto 3

Demeyere Resto 3 is the entry line: multi pots, kettles and everyday pans at the friendly end of the price range.

ControlInduc X

Pans with a built-in temperature limiter that caps the pan at roughly 250°C on induction, so sugar and butter survive a distracted moment.

The wider Demeyere 3-collection - Resto, Bistro, Comfort, Lino and the ALU series - covers starter cookware across European retail.
